I've never done yoga in my life.
That's the best time to start. Everything is designed for beginners: we go step by step, with no assumptions, and every movement is explained and adapted to you.
I don't have time.
Exactly why this works: the method rests on 'a little, often.' A few minutes a day is enough. It's built to fit an already full life, not to add to it.
What if I have pain or limitations?
We talk about it from the start. Therapeutic yoga begins precisely from your body and your constraints to build a practice that relieves, never aggravates.
Online or in person?
Both. I currently mainly work online, but if you live near La Madeleine and prefer in-person sessions, we can talk about it.
