I got the best treatment for my back pain – learned to move while acknowledging the pain, and received a custom plan to follow, with lots of follow-up and where I had to give accountability. In just a few months of moving with Clem, I could feel the difference, I could sit on the floor and I felt back in shape again. I can only recommend her.
