Same chair, same posture… same ouch?

You know what they say: "Variety is the spice of life."

We all get it when it comes to food, it’s been drilled into us.

When it comes to mental balance, it’s already a little trickier. Our brains love learning new things and exploring different perspectives… yet somehow we keep getting pulled into echo chambers that just feed us more of the same.

But it’s just as true for our bodies, and that’s really what I want to talk to you about today.

When it comes to movement, most of us are on an awfully bland diet: same chair, same posture, same tension in the shoulders day after day.

The result? Aches, fatigue, brain fog… and that weird sense your body is just on standby mode.

That’s one of the reasons I love yoga so much! It’s like a smoothie for your whole body:

🧈 A bit of stretching to release tight spots 🐹 A pinch of breathwork to calm your mental hamster wheel 🤸 A gentle challenge to wake up sleepy muscles

And the way I teach, movement is always varied, for maximum satisfaction and real results.
