"If I don't have an hour, what's the point?"
Probably the most common misconception I come across is people who think that to be worth it, a movement routine must take a full hour.
The truth is: anything is better than nothing.
And if you are currently doing nothing, I have great news for you: you are going to gain A LOT from doing very little.
The first 6-7000 steps you take during your day have the most impact on your health.
So if all you do is a 10-minute walk, you're already gaining huge benefits.
Yes, you gain more by doing more than the minimum. But you WILL get results by doing 10 minutes, as long as you do it regularly.
And this is the case for steps, but also for yoga, meditation or any self-care routine. Doing something is always better than doing nothing.
So pick a time and an activity, and get started. Just start. You can build on that later.
