3 questions to create a year you'll love
Last week I shared with you my Mindful Year 2025 workshop, and the people who took it are flooring me with their answers and beautiful insights.
But if spending a few hours to reflect and plan felt like too much, that's okay.
I've got 3 questions that you can answer instead and use to guide your decisions in 2025.
- How do you want to feel at the end of the year? It's easy to focus on WHAT we want to accomplish, but what if instead we focused on how we want to feel? And then tally that against the goals you've set for yourself. If you would like to feel safe, relaxed and fulfilled... would losing 5 kilos really help with that? (It might, I don't know, I'm just asking you to consider it.)
- What do you want to do more of/less of? Which parts of your week are fulfilling and make you feel alive? Which parts are you constantly dreading? What thought patterns and habits are not serving you anymore? Which people are lifting you up?
- What would make you a person you're proud of? I love this question so much. It's self-explanatory, simple, and oh so powerful.
If you want to share your answers with me, I'd be honoured. In any case, take care, my friend. And happy new year 🧡
Om, peace.
