Is Essential right for you?

I'm coming back to you one last time about Essential, because I suspect you might still be hesitating a little. And to be honest, I completely understand.

You might be thinking: “I've already tried loads of things (subscriptions, apps, good intentions...) and I never really stuck with any of them. I'm worried I'll pay for something I won't use.”

If that sounds like you, read on.

What's different with Essential

First of all, I'm not selling you a one-hour class to squeeze into an already full schedule. It all comes down to my philosophy: a little, often.

Five or ten minutes is already huge when it's regular, and that's exactly what my Yoga Library is built for: you open it, find a routine that suits your moment (your back, your stress, your energy that day), you practise, and that's it.

And I'm here for you. The video check-in is a genuine moment to fine-tune your practice to what your body's going through. I can direct you to specific videos, we can build a plan together...

When you need more personalised support, you get priority booking on one-off sessions. And if you write to me, it's me who replies (I promise I'm not using an AI chatbot yet 😂)

My Essential option is for you if:

  • you want to move regularly without it becoming yet another obligation
  • your body's sending you signals (back, neck, tension, stress) and you want to look after it, gently
  • you're after something that fits your real life, not an idealised version where you've got two hours a day
  • you like my approach and you'd like to try a more accessible version of my usual offerings

It's not for you if:

  • you're looking for a miracle fix to sort your back in a single session (that doesn't exist, and I'll never promise it)
  • you need very personalised support (for that, I'd point you towards my one-to-one coaching instead)
  • you don't want to get started, even a tiny bit (because I can guide you and adapt the routines, but if you never roll out your mat, there's not much I can do 😅)

What I want to give you is a practice that lasts, that reconnects you with your body and stays with you for as long as you need it.

And since it's €35 a month, no commitment, you're not risking much: you give it a go, you see if it does you good, and you stop whenever you like.
